Pity party

Trying out the voice function.
Today I was going to have a pity party. And then I remembered, I will walk again, many will not. So Why am I going to have a pity party. I failed to remember that I have a great life.even if it is just for today. So many people are much sicker than I am. I am thankful for my health, I am thankful for my friends, I am thankful for my family, I am thankful for my place in the universe.

  1. Looks like the voice thingie is working out well. Welcome back, Linda. If I had been through all that you have been through, I’d be tempted to have a pity party (complete with whine and cheese), too.

  2. I am agreeing with Robin right now–sometimes a pity party just seems to happen. You’ve been through so much. It feels like your spirit is moving forward, though, and finding new ways to share. And the book looks wonderful. As do you. Glad to see this today.

I’m behind on reading your blogs, Linda. Glad you cancelled the party. You’ve attended a few of mine and I would have hated missing yours; I was out of town then. We all thank you for being you and for your sharing.
