Trust

“We’re never so vulnerable than when we trust someone – but paradoxically, if we cannot trust, neither can we find love or joy.”

― Walter Anderson

Just a personal note. His daughter, Mary Anderson and I were in college together. She lived across the hall from me for a year. We were all so poor back in 1957-58. Mary gave me (maybe others) Anderson pottery . She said it was not worth anything. The pieces are true treasures  not only because she gave it to me but also the beauty of each piece is so simple and authentic.
