  1. I decided I needed to improve my balance = I bought a balance board – can use it throughout the day and it has done wonders. I can even stand on a stool without feeling dizzy – and that is a breakthrough. (((((hugs)))))

  2. It’ll probably feel great to get in the swing of the tai chi. I do a very light yoga exercise (not into the intense stuff), and I always feel so much better when I do it regularly. Enjoy.
