Thanks, Lori. I painted a long time ago when my children and I took art lessons together….acrylic. I had always wanted to try watercolor so I decided to “Just do it.”
Thanks, Rebecca. Watercolors are a lot of fun to play with….sometimes I get something I like and sometimes I don’t so I just wash the canvas and start over. This one was redone three times.
There we go! The colors are relaxing–I’m guessing it was also relaxing to paint it?

I love the softness and unopaqueness (is that a word?) of watercolors.

I think unopaqueness is a word but it does not matter…we will make it one!
