seemed as if my grandmother

mother,

father

and

my immediate family

all lived there

in my mind

I placed

everyone

in their proper sleeping room

then

I wander

to a wing

of the house

not used

into a dining room

filled with

beautiful furniture

glassware

chandelier

it seemed

the same room

as the ballroom

I did not belong

passed on through

to a porch

and

openness.
