Well I blew the diet or what could be called the non diet. I did not weigh.
Breakfast: Oatmeal and black coffee
Snack: Made a smoothie: 1 banana, 4 strawberries, bunch of blueberries, about a third of an apple and then I put in flaxseed, chia, psylum husks (3) capsules and 1 cup of water. I blended it all together and drank a small glass.
Lunch: Marconi and cheese with a bite or two or bread.
Joanne and I drank the whole bottle of wine. We enjoyed the Super Bowl, I think!
