Breakfast: glass of smoothie from yesterday and black coffee
Think I had too much to drink last night so back to bed
Lunch: homemade tomato soup with onion, garlic, green beans, okra and stuff in it with 5 crackers
1:15 some macaroni and cheese and 1 roll with a taste of honey
Think I will lose weight? Not until I start to exercise.
